Role: Trainee Executive Search Consultant at Prospectus

 

As a newly appointed Trainee Executive Search Consultant at Prospectus, you will work closely with senior consultants to source, engage, and place high-calibre candidates for senior management and board-level positions across multiple sectors. A key part of your role involves leveraging social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to identify and contact potential candidates and clients, building relationships to meet specific recruitment briefs.

As You should discuss and explore different theories of leadership and management activities in different organisations.
