Standard Chartered Bank in the UK is hoping to undergo some strategic changes within the business to enhance its expansion and mainly profitability. The company has invited you to produce a comprehensive strategic report for the company by answering the below questions.
A)Undertake internal and external (Micro and Macro) analyses of the business and highlight the various factors the company needs to factor in their main business strategic approach. (800 words)
B)Identify the current business strategy the company is using and highlights the strengths and weaknesses with it. (600 words)
C)Use appropriate strategic model or theories like ANSOFF Matrix and Blue Ocean to develop a new business strategy for the company. (600 words)
D)What are some of the challenges the company may face in changing to the new strategy and use an appropriate change management theory to evaluate how they can be overcome. (600 words)
Use the remaining 400 words for your introduction and conclusion.
