- Not citing paraphrased content — You must cite sources even when you rephrase them in your own words.
- Missing page numbers for direct quotes — Any word-for-word quotation must include the page number in your citation.
- Incorrect date formatting — Always use (Year) format, not the full date.
- Including sources you did not cite — Your reference list should only include sources you actually cited in your work.

How to Reference Sources Without Clear Authors
